Welcome to Artflow Pro

Artflow Pro helps you manage artworks, artists, sales, and marketing - all in one professional, easy-to-use system.
Here's how to get started quickly:

1. Log In

• Visit https://portal.artflow-pro.com.

• Enter your email and password.

• Click Login to access your Gallery Dashboard.

2. Explore Your Dashboard

• See your full inventory, recent sales, and artist connections at a glance.

• View graphs showing sales trends, artwork value, and average time-to-sell.

• Check notifications and manage your profile settings.

3. Manage Your Artworks

• Navigate to Artworks from the side menu.

• Browse artworks with images, artist details, prices, and sales features.

• Use advanced filters to quickly find artworks by artist, series, or category.

• Click on an artwork card to view full details, materials, and marketing descriptions.

4. Connect with Artists

• View your connected artists.

• Invite new or existing artists to join you on Artflow Pro.

• Browse open artists on Artflow Pro who are seeking gallery connections.

• Review artist profiles, resumes, and sample portfolios.

5. Review Proposals and Approve Artworks

• Artists send proposals with selected artworks.

• Review proposals, approve individual works, and move accepted pieces into consignment preparation - all within Artflow Pro.

6. Prepare Consignments and Delivery Documents

• Generate professional consignment agreements and delivery documents automatically.

• Include artwork details, pricing, terms, and delivery instructions.

• Store and track all documents for easy future access.

7. Market Your Artworks

• Connect your Instagram and Facebook Business accounts.

• Post artworks directly to your social media feeds.

• Track marketing activity by both your gallery and your artists - in one place.

8. Sell Across Multiple Channels

• Push artworks from Artflow Pro directly to:

  • Square POS

  • WordPress or Wix websites

  • Shopify, WooCommerce, and Wix online stores

• Artflow Pro automatically synchronises inventory across all connected platforms and notifies you and the artist when a sale occurs.

9. Handle International Sales with Ease

• Manage your gallery in your home currency (e.g., AUD).

• Sell artworks in GBP, USD, and other supported currencies.

• Artflow Pro calculates selling prices and artist returns automatically using secure live exchange rates.
