The work is yours: your pieces stay private until you decide otherwise, the price a buyer sees is the one you set, and nothing you catalogue is shown to anyone you did not choose. Pro raises the ceilings and adds the social links, the reporting and the messenger. It is not a different product with your records held behind it.

- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. A free account needs an email address and a password, nothing else. You are only asked for payment details if and when you choose to upgrade.
- What does ArtFlow Pro cost?
- Artists pay A$6.99 a month, or A$75.49 a year. Galleries pay A$24.99 a month, or A$269.89 a year. There is one paid tier per side of the platform, so there is nothing else to choose between.
- What do I get on the free plan?
- On a free artist account: 50 artworks, 3 gallery connections, 3 shareable portfolios and 20 AI-drafted descriptions a month. On a free gallery account: 100 products of your own, 100 artist connections, 2 portfolios and 50 AI-drafted descriptions a month. These come from the rules the server actually enforces, so they are what the app will let you do.
- Do I lose my work if I stop paying?
- No. Your records stay and the limits come back. Nothing you catalogued is deleted, hidden from you, or held to ransom � you keep what you have and can still reach all of it.
- What happens when I hit a limit?
- The app tells you which limit you have reached and nothing you have already done is touched. Your plan screen lists every limit and how close you are to each one, so it is not a surprise.
- Can I pay yearly?
- Yes, and it costs less than twelve monthly payments. An artist saves A$8.39 a year, and a gallery saves A$29.99. You can pick either when you upgrade, and change later from your plan screen.
- Can I change plan or cancel later?
- Yes, whenever you like. Billing runs through Stripe, and your plan screen links straight to the billing portal where you can switch between monthly and yearly, update your card, download receipts or cancel.
- Is there a free trial of Pro?
- Yes. A free artist or gallery account can start a trial of Pro once, from the plan screen, without entering payment details. When it ends you go back to the free plan rather than being charged.
- Is my work public by default?
- No, and this is deliberate. Nothing appears in the public directory or in search until you turn it on, piece by piece. A link you create and send yourself keeps working regardless � that is your decision, not a listing.
- Does a gallery need its own account?
- Yes, and connecting is free for both sides. A gallery on the free plan can accept consigned work from artists straight away; neither of you has to pay to work together.
- I am an artist and I also run a gallery. Can one account do both?
- No. An account is either an artist or a gallery, because the two get different navigation, permissions and dashboards. If you genuinely need both, create a second account with a different email address and connect them to each other.
- Which currency am I billed in?
- Subscriptions are priced and charged in AUD. Your own artwork prices are separate � you set those in your own currency, and a buyer sees exactly the figure you set.
- Does ArtFlow take a percentage of what I sell?
- The subscription is what ArtFlow charges. Where a gallery holds your work on consignment, the commission is whatever you and that gallery have agreed � ArtFlow records the figure you enter and calculates from it, it does not set it or take a share.
