The agreement between you and ArtFlow Pro for using the service.

  1. Introduction Welcome to ArtFlow Pro (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a product of Info-Onscreen. We offer a platform for documenting artwork through our website, artflow-pro.com, and any other related services, platforms, or applications (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using our Service, you (“User”, “you” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
  2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
  3. User Accounts

    2. Violate the intellectual property rights of others.

  8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
  9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
