Delete your ArtFlow Pro account
This page closes your ArtFlow Pro account — the same account you use in the ArtFlow Pro mobile app and on this website. You can use it whether or not you still have the app installed, and you do not need to be signed in.
Cancel your subscription first
Closing your account does not cancel an ArtFlow Pro subscription, and we cannot cancel it for you. Cancel it wherever you bought it:
- iPhone or iPad — Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions.
- Android — the Google Play Store app, then Payments & subscriptions.
- Subscribed on our website — sign in and cancel from your plan page before closing the account.
What happens when you delete your account
- You are signed out everywhere and can no longer sign in, on the website or in the app.
- Your profile stops being publicly visible — your portfolio and shared artwork links stop working.
- Galleries you are connected to can no longer see you as an active contact or send you messages.
- Push notifications and emails from ArtFlow Pro stop.
What we keep, and why
Your account record and its associated business records are retained rather than erased. That covers artwork and inventory records, consignment and sale history, invoices, and message history with galleries. We keep these for two reasons:
- They are also someone else’s records. A consignment or a sale belongs to the gallery as much as to you, and removing your side would leave a hole in their books.
- Financial records must be kept by law for a statutory period — in Australia, generally five years.
If you want everything we hold erased rather than retained, email support@artflow-pro.com from your account’s email address and we will handle it manually, subject to the legal retention above.
This cannot be undone.
You will not be able to sign in again or recover the account. If you want a copy of anything — your inventory list, your images — save it before you continue.
Can’t sign in, or don’t have a password because you joined through Facebook or Google? Email support@artflow-pro.com from the address on the account and we will close it for you. We answer deletion requests within 30 days.
