Quick Start for Artists

Welcome to Artflow Pro

Artflow Pro helps you catalogue, market, and sell your artworks - professionally and effortlessly.
Here's how to get started in just a few minutes:

1. Log In

• Visit https://portal.artflow-pro.com.

• Enter your username (or email) and password.

• Click Login to access your Dashboard.

2. Explore Your Dashboard

• See a summary of your artworks, sales, and gallery connections.

• Check notifications and manage your profile at the top right.

• Review recent uploads, sales, and artwork performance graphs.

3. Upload Your First Artwork

• Go to Your Artworks.

• Click Add New.

• Upload images, set title, price, and basic details.

• Use AI to help create descriptions if you like!

4. Set Up Your Profile

• Add your artist statement and resume.

• Link your website and social media accounts.

• Create up to three portfolios to showcase your work.

Tip: A complete profile helps galleries and collectors connect with you faster!

5. Connect with Galleries

• View and manage your gallery relationships.

• Invite galleries directly, or find ones already using Artflow Pro.

• Send proposals of available artworks for review.

6. Boost Your Marketing

• Connect your Instagram and Facebook pages.

• Post artworks directly to social media from Artflow Pro.

• See and coordinate posts with your galleries - all in one place.

7. Customize Your Settings (Optional but Recommended)

• Confirm your main Art Types.

• Edit or add your Materials and Marketing Features.

• Create Series to group related works.

8. Stay Mobile

• Download the Artflow Pro mobile app for iOS or Android.

• Manage and upload your artworks on the go.

9. Need Help?

• Use the Contact Us section inside your portal for fast support.

• Watch demonstration videos to learn key features step-by-step.
