No. A free account needs an email address and a password, nothing else. You are only asked for payment details if you choose to upgrade.
Artists pay A$6.99 a month, or A$75.49 a year. Galleries pay A$24.99 a month, or A$269.89 a year. There is one paid plan for each side of the platform, so there is nothing else to choose between.
On a free artist account: 50 artworks, 3 gallery connections, 3 shareable portfolios and 20 AI-drafted descriptions a month. On a free gallery account: 100 products of your own, 100 artist connections, 2 portfolios and 50 AI-drafted descriptions a month. These are the limits the server enforces, so they are exactly what the app will let you do.
Yes. Once you have a free artist or gallery account, you can start one trial of Pro from your plan screen, without entering payment details. When it ends you go back to the free plan rather than being charged.
Yes, and it costs less than twelve monthly payments: an artist saves A$8.39 a year and a gallery saves A$29.99. You choose either when you upgrade.
Yes. Billing runs through Stripe, and you can cancel whenever you like from your plan screen, which also keeps your receipts. Pro carries on until the end of the period you've paid for, and nothing more is charged. To move between monthly and yearly, cancel and choose the other when that period ends.
No. Your records stay and the free plan's limits come back. Nothing you catalogued is deleted or hidden from you — you keep what you have and can still reach all of it.
No. The subscription is what ArtFlow charges. Where a gallery holds your work on consignment, the commission is whatever you and that gallery agreed — ArtFlow records the figure you enter; it does not set it or take a share.
Subscriptions are priced and charged in AUD. Your own artwork prices are separate — you set those, and a buyer sees exactly the figure you set.
