General Terms All orders are subject to availability of stock. Prices may change without prior notice due to market fluctuations. All customers must provide accurate business and contact details when placing orders. The company reserves the right to accept or reject any order. Payment Terms Payments must be made in cash, bank transfer, or approved credit terms. For credit customers, full payment is required within the agreed credit period (e.g., 7, 15, or 30 days). Delayed payments may result in late charges or suspension of further supply. Advance payments are required for special or bulk orders. Delivery & Shipping Terms Delivery time may vary based on location and order size. Any transportation or courier charges are the responsibility of the customer unless agreed otherwise. The company is not responsible for delays caused by transport, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Once items are dispatched, the responsibility shifts to the customer or courier service. Return & Exchange Policy Only unused, sealed, and undamaged items can be returned or exchanged. Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase and must include the original invoice. Electrical parts, lubricants, or special order items cannot be returned. In case of a manufacturing defect, replacement will be provided after inspection. Warranty Policy Most items are covered by a limited manufacturer warranty (if applicable). Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, installation errors, or accidents.
