By medium
Sculpture on the platform runs from small tabletop pieces through to work made for gardens and public settings. The material is usually the first thing to sort out, because it decides where the piece can live.
The same medium, narrowed to one state. Useful if you would rather not freight something fragile across the country.
No work listed in sculpture yet
Artists choose whether their work is shown publicly, and nobody here has switched it on so far. This page fills itself in as soon as one does.
No work has been listed in sculpture yet, so here is what other makers around the country currently have available. Each piece says who made it, and their page says where they work.
Weight and fixing are the practical questions people forget to ask. Find out what the piece weighs, whether it needs mounting, and whether it was made for outdoors. A work made for a gallery floor will not survive a Queensland summer on a patio.
Outdoor work in bronze and steel is meant to weather and will change over the first few years. That is the material behaving normally. If you want it to stay as it arrived, ask the maker what to seal it with before you put it outside.
Each piece has its own page with an enquiry form that goes straight to the maker. You agree price, payment and delivery with them. There is no commission taken out of the sale and no auction.
Everything listed is made by the artist selling it. Where a piece is one of an edition, the listing says so and the artist will tell you the edition size if you ask.
Some artists prefer to discuss price on enquiry, particularly for larger or commissioned work. Those listings show Price on enquiry rather than a number, and you get an answer by writing to them.
Many of the artists here take commissions. It is not a listed option, so ask in an enquiry and describe what you have in mind, including your budget and when you need it.
Yes. Set up an account, add a piece with photographs and measurements, and turn on public listing. Nothing is public until you say so, and the free tier does not expire.
Catalogue what you have made, give every piece a page you can send to a buyer, and appear on this one. Listing is off until you switch it on, and the free tier does not expire.
